Dear valued customers,

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take note of our appointment policies:

1. ARRIVED EARLY - 

Please arrive 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE your appointment to sign in, choose your color, and get ready. If you arrive late, we will still accommodate you as a WALK-IN customer, but we cannot guarantee your requested technician. 

2. CANCELATION NOTICE 

- Kindly call to cancel at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE if you cannot make your appointment. 

3. NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATIONS

- If you miss an appointment without canceling, a $10 FEE WILL BE ADD TO YOUR NEXT VISIT.

• - Customers with excessive no-shows or cancellations will need to BOOK IN PERSON WITH A $20 DEPOSIT

• - If you DO NOT SHOW UP, the deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  

• - Even phone bookings may be automatically canceled if there are too many past no-shows or cancellations in our system.   

• 4. PERSONAL HYGIENE

•  -Please ensure you have a fresh smell, as some of our technicians are sensitive to strong odors like WEED AND CIGARETTES  

• 5. PHONE ETIQUETTE

• -Please LOWER YOUR PHONE VOLUME OR USE HEADPHONES to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you.
